Come and experience the work of Jia Apple and Wendy Tremayne at the TorC Brewery. Under Rusted Stars is the title of this show with a yet unseen group of portraits featuring members of the Truth or Consequences community. There’s a saying, we all age but some of us grow. This body of portraits celebrate how the role of a community is to harmonize chaos, fear, love, confusion, and wisdom…all under this ancient desert sky. These works celebrate the vibrant, quirky and eclectic outpost community thriving in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Come and participate by guessing who’s who depicted in each painting. There will be prizes for the winners!
