Join Fawn and Allison Riegel on the threshold of harvest season for an autumnal adventure retreat in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
Mineral baths have long been associated with longevity and health. Explore the liminal space between seasons, your conscious and unconscious mind, celebration and stillness.
The rhythm of our days will be slow as we soak, bask, and repeat. An explorative and reflective weekend, days and nights will be spacious and flexible to honor each individual’s experience. We will engage in movement improvisation, gentle yoga, journaling and creative ritual. Surrounded by nature’s grandeur in the vast desert landscape, our time will be infused with deep connection to self and spirit. We will be here for the new moon, the perfect time for star gazing and turning inward. Bathe in the last fires of summer, and transition into the ethereal. One nourishing, communal meal prepared by holistic chef Allison will be shared alongside luxurious siestas, group classes, and lots of free time to explore the bathhouses.
