July’s Beerly Friday (!) event is for those interested in researching their family history. There are several reasons to take up genealogy research: from finding missing family connections, gaining better understanding of your medical history, unlocking a deeper connection to yourself, to so many more!

Join us at Turtleback Coworking for Historical Research 101 led by Hot Springs High school’s US Government and Economics Teacher (and historian!) Mr. Henry Nolden. His workshop will cover finding and vetting resources for credibility–from navigating genealogy websites to conducting interviewing of living sources. Come see us for a beginners guide to experiencing history in the wilds of Truth or Consequences.
