This workshop is for everyone who wants to expand their knowledge and hands-on experience with healing plants. There are many useful plants that do well in containers, as well as our local weeds, and abundant wild or native plants. We will cover seed saving & sourcing, along with growing conditions, care tips, harvest, preservation, and wise use for as many plants as we have time for. Johanna will bring samples to compare hand-harvested herbs with what’s available commercially – if you’ve never grown your own, you’ll be amazed at the quality and potency that’s possible.

Gardeners, you can grow herbs to provide food and homes for pollinators and pest-eaters while getting another useful harvest from your garden space!

Join us for this exploration of very-local health care and find out if you agree that growing your own is both a most ethical and fulfilling way to use herbs.

Grow our herb-wise community: Bring seeds, soil, and pots if you have some to share!

PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE. Sign up at Koala Tea CBD, or by contacting Johanna at 608.335.8259.

Sliding scale and barter options available.
