Welcome spring with intentions for health and happiness. Join an informal group of wellness practitioners for yoga, reflexology, chair massage, local herbs for health, nutrition, and quantum bio-feedback. Morning and afternoon workshops on Saturday. Sunday there will be opportunities for private sessions with practitioners. Come for a single workshop ($5) or all 6 sessions ($25), plus a relaxing overnight stay (discounts apply). 8:00am – 9:30am – Yoga with Wendy Sager Evanson, founder of Studio de la Luz in Truth or Consequences.
9:30am – 10am – healthy breakfast buffet
10am- 11:30am – Chair massage, with massage therapist and licensed instructor Gary Harvell.
11:45am – 1:15pm – Foot Reflexology. Instructor Shelby Schue has over forty years of experience.
1:15-2pm – lunch — vegetarian and gluten-free options.
2 – 3:30pm – Using local herbs for health. Deborah Brandt, RN, AHG professional herbalist.
3:45pm – 5:15pm Quantum Biofeedback. LPCC therapist Boris Valdevit
5pm – 6pm – Networking reception
6pm – Dinner, for those staying overnight.
7pm – Relaxing, spontaneous sharing
Sunday, April 17, 2016 – Nutrition, plus Opportunities for private sessions with practitioners.
8am – Breakfast for those staying the night
