A Black Range Community Benefit

As the next performance in their Starlight Concert series, Saturday, July 20, the Black Range Lodge will offer a community benefit concert for the Hillsboro Historical Society, The HHS is currently undertaking an ambitious renovation/restoration of the Black Range Museum, as well as stabilizing the site of the 1895 Sierra County Courthouse in Hillsboro, NM. Proceeds from this benefit concert will aid their efforts, and bring the community together with food, music and fun.

A potluck picnic will precede the outdoor performance, beginning at 5:30pm. At 7pm, an acoustic concert will commence featuring favorite local musicians, including Americana duo Mark & Ruth Bennett, and the Back Porch Blues Band, plus David Farrell, Steve Dobrot, Eric Brown, Gary Harvell, Steve Siegfried, and .

Suggested donation is $10. Wine and beer will be available from Black Range Vineyards, with free ice tea and lemonade on hand for designated drivers. The Black Range Lodge is located at 50 Main Street, Kingston, NM, 9 miles west of Hillsboro off of NM 152.
