Hillsboro’s annual holiday festival, Christmas in the Foothills, usually occurs on the first Saturday in December from 10 am to 4 pm, at the Hillsboro Community Center.
The festival features the famous $49.99 art sale, raffles, food and vendors selling handmade holiday wares.
