Kids Yoga Journeys are guided in a playful, interactive, story or theme based format. This provides a fun way for the children to receive all of the awesome benefits of Yoga without it seeming too serious, intimidating, or boring to them.

Recommended age range is 5-10 and cost is $5 per child.
