Our fun new water aerobics instructor, Tulsi Blue, has everyone rocking into the middle of the pool! With the use of flotation belts, Tulsi’s deep water exercises work on strengthening the bodies core, as well as on toning muscles and getting your cardio up. Work fast or slow, go at your own pace, but this workout is guaranteed to challenge you and help you stay in shape! It’s so much fun, and word of mouth has it spreading to more and more people!
